Get To Know Gail

Gaiil Blanchette married her long time boyfriend in February 2018 and is now Gail LaPrino. She is Mom to two daughters and one son who are grown and scattered about around the USA. In 2016 she became grandmother to a spunky little boy who continues to steal her heart! In the midst of the 2020 pandemic another adorable grandson joined the family. On Nov 1, 2017 she had emergency heart surgery and now is healthier than ever and incredibly grateful for every day. Her hobbies are sewing, reading and gardening.

 

Gail is a full time licensed REALTOR® for Fontaine Family-The Real Estate Leader. She is an Associate Broker.  Although a college education is not required to be a real estate agent, Gail is a graduate of the University of Maine@Orono with a BA degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Management. Education is a lifelong passion and she continues to broaden her knowledge about real estate and enjoys educating her clients in the facets of buying and selling. She has sold properties from the coast to the country with an emphasis on the town of Old Orchard Beach and also the countryside towns west of Portland, ME. Having grown up in Maine and lived from Presque Isle to Waterville and in several communities around Portland, she is comfortable and knowledgeable about many of the towns in Maine.

Her clients appreciate her knowledge, ongoing communication throughout the buying or selling process, attention to detail and best of all her sense of humor. Because real estate transactions can be stressful, Gail tries to make the process fun.
